Qualification, further education:

In order to ensure and optimise the professional quality of project execution, BMF makes sure that its employees receive continuous training and further education. The employees’ regular participation in further education schemes is an essential element of the established QM system according to DIN ISO 9001. BFM encourages the qualification of experienced colleagues for publicly appointed and sworn experts.

The most important thing: customer confidence

Commissioning consultants is a matter of trust. Due to the high qualification of the employees and the low personnel turnover, BMF has asserted itself on the market and has been gaining key customers for years.

BMF’s clients can rely on continuity in the processing of projects. A large and continuously growing number of regular customers from the public and private areas confirms this perception. Long-term customer relationships that are characterised by mutual trust are the pleasing result.
