Quality assurance
BFM has introduced a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and is certified by DQS GmbH (German Association for the Certification of Management Systems) on a regular basis. The certificate verifies that not only the professional quality of the project work, which is primarily ensured by the employees’ high motivation and standard of education, but also the processes within the company are regulated in a comprehensible manner and with a view to continuous optimization and prevention of faults.

- All project work from the initiation of a project to its completion
- The EDP system including the organisation involved
- The soil-mechanical laboratory.

- Part 1: company profile
- Part 2: management
- Part 3: internal work processes.
Both the EDP system and the work of the soil-mechanical laboratory are documented in separate handbooks.
