Vocational training
Baugrundinstitut Franke-Meißner und Partner GmbH has been training construction materials testers specialising in soil (geotechnical engineering) for over 25 years.
The employees are trained in a dual system of vocational training in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Wiesbaden. After their two- to three-year training period, they are generally kept on in our institute, although some have also gone on to work at other testing authorities or engineering offices throughout Germany.
BFM has also been working together with the colleges and universities of the Rhine-Main area for many years.
